According to the Israeli newspaper “Haaretz”, Morocco made two payments last year, totaling $22 million, to IAI for the acquisition of Harop suicide drones.
Israeli sources revealed that “the Aerospace Industries Company, which specializes in the aerospace and aviation sector, received a total of $22 million from Morocco in the form of a contract for the sale of weapons and unmanned aircraft,” highlighting that “there are huge deals on the way, which are part of the bilateral agreement between Tel Aviv and Rabat.
The Israeli newspaper “Haaretz” said, today, Tuesday, that “the Israeli Aerospace Industries received $22 million this year in a military deal with Morocco.” This comes amid foreign reports stating that Israel will sell to Morocco “Harop” drones known as "Kamikaze or suicide" drones.

Last month, the weekly “Defense News” reported, based on sources in Morocco, that Israel intends to sell these drones to the Kingdom as part of normalization between the two countries.
The Africa Intelligence website reported, in September, that Israel and Morocco are planning a joint project to manufacture "kamikaze" drones in Morocco.
IAI Harop is a suicide drone, measuring 2.5 meters in length and 3 meters in wingspan. According to various reports, this aircraft is used by Israel, India and Azerbaijan.
Harop carries about 20 kg of explosives, and it can stay in the air for up to 7 hours, with a range of 1000 km, and it is able to catch the target, dive and explode on it.
Al-Harub is considered the bad dream of all short and long-range air defense systems, as he previously destroyed the S-300 systems with ease in Armenia.
