In a related context, Temel Kotel, general manager of the company, "Tusach", confirmed that this facility is the first of its kind in his country.

It is also one of the few facilities around the world with similar missions, says Kotel.

While preliminary matters indicate that it needs 50 people to supervise it, amid expectations that it will remain in service for 50 years.

Turkish supremacy

The "Iron Bird" facility comes to confirm Turkey's clear superiority in the field of air and space industries in recent years.

Perhaps the most prominent example of this is the statements made by the Greek newspaper “Real News” earlier, that Athens is helpless in the face of the superiority of Turkish drones in the Aegean Sea, which began flying about three years ago.

The Greek newspaper indicated that Turkey's superiority in this field has become very clear over its country.

And it stated that Greece failed to limit the activity of Turkish drones, which flew off the island of “Rhodos” for the first time in 2018.

She pointed out that the situation is really out of control, especially since Greece cannot make much progress in the production of unmanned aircraft.

She also praised the efforts of Turkey, which has been investing in drone technology for about “20 years”, and its important technological role has been proven in the military conflicts in Libya.
